Educational assistant position

The school is looking for an independent, creative, innovative, and collaborative individual interested in educational leadership.

Emphasis on place-based education, outdoor learning and small, well-supported multi-age classrooms.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in instruction under teacher supervision,

• Execute teacher planned activities with individuals and in small groups,

• Prepare materials as requested by the teaching staff,

• Communicate relevant observations on student performance and understanding from the individual or small group work.

• Outdoor Supervision

Pay range: .4 FTE at pay level $43,000-46,000 per full FTE a school year.
